Daniel Fernández Strauch

Daniel Fernández Strauch was a Uruguayan agronomist and survivor of the 1972 Andes flight disaster. He was one of the 16 survivors of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571. He later worked in agriculture and wrote Regreso a la montaña, reflecting on his experience and its aftermath.
