Overview

Ten years ago, Andrey Mityaev, a talented law school graduate, decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a police officer. Shaken by the man’s death, Andrey leaves the police force, becomes a lawyer, and takes responsibility for the murdered man’s daughter, Nadezhda. He places the girl in an elite boarding school and provides her with a good education. Ten years later, Andrey meets the grown-up Nadya and falls in love with her.
