The plot revolves around a delicate diplomatic incident: the Russian ambassador to Argentina is found dead with a gunshot wound to the forehead on the outskirts of Buenos Aires. The case, which has strong implications for bilateral relations between the two countries, is placed under the responsibility of the controversial Deputy Commissioner Roberto Gutierrez, an investigator who will now have the mission of working with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to solve the murder.
